DESCRIBING PETS - CATS

I  like dogs, but cats are my favourite animal. Cats are smart, elegant, independent and can also be very friendly if people learn to respect their privacy. It’s difficult to make a cat obey your rules. They are much more rebellious than dogs.

One day I decided to buy a cat, a male cat. He was only 3 weeks old when I bought him. I decided to call him “Garfield”, also called “Suave”. Garfield is fun. He is orange and white. His eyes are blue. He has got four legs and a short tail. His ears are small. His snout (nose) is small. His neck is small too. He wears a white bow-tie.

He likes milk (He is always drinking) He uses a feeding bottle. He eats meat, salmon, and fish. He drinks and sleeps a lot. Suave can walk, run, climb the sofa (no trees), jump (when he is playing with me), and hide (when it is bath time). Suave can’t swim, fly or read.

     He sleeps in a basket, his favourite place. There he sleeps with his friends, an orange and white tiger and a blue elephant. They are best friends!
